first had the honey sriracha chicken mac in 2023 at Bonnaroo pre celiac diagnoses. I was ecstatic to find out the honey sriracha chicken was offered gluten free (over rice instead of mac & cheese) at Bonnaroo this year. Let me tell you, my friend knew how anxious I was rehearsing my celiac speech “do you use separate utensils and pans” “how do I know it won’t be cross contaminated” etc. so she talked to em prior to me even going over there. After the best probcause set I’ve ever seen at the Where stage, I went over there and ordered and these men brought me to tears (I walked away crying and shook w how good the food was) they cooked FRESH, NEW rice and tied it in a bag and put it in a container and opened it when I came over and loaded me with extra sauce so the rice wouldn’t soak it all up. I said they didn’t have to do that all, and they insisted they did (mind you it’s 2am). Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making sure the food you gave me was safe <3 they definitely put so much love into the food they make, until next time !! - 6/22/2026 

Chicken Mac has been my favorite vendor at Bonnaroo for four years now! When they moved the setup around this year I thought I'd never see them again, but on the last day we finally found the new location! I ran through a mud puddle to find that they had just closed, but when I explained the situation, the extremely kind gentlemen working gave me some mac n cheese and cornbread, even though they were already cleaning up. My husband and I are seriously obsessed with the Chicken Mac Truck!! We make sure to get it at least once if not everyday(sometimes twice) at Welcome to Rockville, Inkcarceration, & Louder than Life! The people working are always so quick & efficient. They even recognize us when we come back for seconds. I always make sure to get the buffalo chicken mac and of course a slice of cornbread(to die for) We are also big fans of the honey sriracha which is the perfect blend of sweet and spice for the hotter days, and the voodoo chicken mac which is like a spicy creole flavor, so amazing if you like spicier food!!! - 8/11/2024

This was my least favorite food options at Bonnaroo. I ordered the Honey Sriracha Chicken. The Mac and cheese by itself was bland flavorless. The Chicken tasted like it was just poured out of a bag from Sysco and was barely luke warm. The food quality most definitely was not on point. I had the spicy chicken mac and it was amazing. A lot of places do gourmet Mac now, but this was by far the best I've had. It was creamy, the pasta cooked perfect, and the chicken had some serious kick. The corn bread was phenomenal too. I would highly recommend checking them out and I can't wait to try the other dishes. - 2/03/2018
