About Chicken Mac

Owner/operators Jarod Maier and Casey Thiemann began their business as a stand-alone restaurant in Fairfield, Ohio. Though the restaurant was a great success, this innovative duo was soon inspired by the vibrant and always on-the-go Greater Cincinnati community, and wanted to expand their reach. They decided to give their business some wheels, refreshed their look and their menu, then they hit the road in 2016!

Jarod and Casey love hearing stories from their customers about how just a taste of their delicious and unique chicken mac n’ cheese is an instant mood booster, no matter what kind of day someone has had. The guys now serve their popular #happinessinabowl at major events, private parties, weddings and concert venues across Cincinnati and beyond!
